As a mother of two gorgeous boys, my aim is to try and educate you on improving your health and wellbeing and making the most out of your life. From one mother to the next, we often put ourselves last in the line of priorities and I am here to help you recognise that in offer to be our best, we need to give more to ourselves.

As mentioned earlier I have two beautiful boys, Hendrix and Presely who are 18 months apart. I was unable to conceive naturally and I was fortunate enough to have two successful IVF pregnancies. My husband and I own two group fitness facilities in Melbourne called Body Revival Health and Fitness. We share the same passion to try and help change people’s lives through training and nutrition. Training for me is my therapy for my mind and natural medicine for my body.
WHAT I AM PASSIONATE ABOUT
I love training and helping others challenge their abilities and reach goals they new thought possible. I love cooking, creating recipes that are easy and quick because we all know #mumlife is calling. The recipes I share are all toddler and husband approved.
