I have recently completed an online transformation with Stacey from Mummy Revival. I’m pleased to share how happy I am with my results and how much I have learnt about food, calories and macronutrients.
I’m a Mum of two and found it hard to find the time to get back in shape not to mention the lack of energy i had but with this challange I couldn’t believe how easy it was to get started and stay on track. Stacey organised my calories for me and we discussed I could commit to 3x sessions a week. I opted for the home workouts as that was easiest for me due to having the kids.
Stacey taught me how to have a flexible diet using My Fitness Pal to track all my foods and stay on track. There was no restrictions I got to eat all the foods I love and achieved amazing results with no guilt. Stacey is with you every step of the way and is so supportive throughout the challenge. If your looking to get in shape or get back on track I highly recommend doing Staceys on line programs.
After having my second baby and focusing all my time on my kids, I decided that I wanted to do something for myself, lose weight and become fitter and healthier again. That’s when I completed Stacey’s 10 week Mummy Revival challenge and it was honestly the best thing I did.
Stacey provided me with so much nutritional knowledge, exercise programs, heaps of simple healthy recipes and the list goes on. At first I really questioned if I could do this, but with all the tools and information Stacey provided me with I actually really enjoyed the process. I was proud of myself and the results really speak for themselves. Stacey’s support through it all was amazing, she always kept in touch with me and I could ask her questions daily and she would get back to me pretty much straight away. I highly recommend this program, its not a fad diet, it works long term as well.
Throughout my life I had been very active with sports and after retiring I decided to go to the gym (a BR member for nearly 10 years) but I always struggled with my food decisions, portions and education. It took years for me to seek the education and guidance needed to achieve the results I wanted to. In 2019, I participated in a transformation challenge with Stacey as my mentor and educator.
She gave me all the life long tools I needed to give me my wings and fly solo on this journey. If I ever had any questions or concerns, Stacey was always there to help out – even if it was a message to check in and say “you’ve got this”. At the end of the transformation I had lost 10kg, but I wasn’t finished with my determination. Implementing the tools and education from Stacey, I was able to achieve so much more. I went on to lose another 8kg. At all times I felt like I was able to have the flexibility to eat what I wanted, it changed the way I perceived food. It is true that you can have your cake and eat it too.
